Bulky Headband Earwarmer Crochet Pattern

Karen Headband

The Karen Headband is part of a set that was inspired by my sister-in-law Karen. She suggested I design a cowl, and after designed The Karen Cowl, I decided it needed a headband to go with it!

I never know what word to use. Do you call it a Headband or Ear Warmers?!? I’ve always called it a headband, but regardless of what you call it, this piece will keep you ears warm in the winter and you looking great!

It’s cute, it’s warm, it’s soft and squishy, it looks great, it’s beginner friendly and works up quickly! Can you tell I love it?! This yarn is the ultimate luxury, Sugarbush Chill is 100% Merino Wool. So soft and awesome!

Budget an issue? Don’t worry because this pattern can be made using any super bulky yarn! Check out the beautiful work my testers did:

Erin used Lion Brand Thick and Quick in Cobalt and Lush Alpaca by Loops and Threads in Grey for her Karen Headband!
